Responsibilities

  The role is accountable for the teamwork and collective results of account management, new business development, key account management for SEA Setting and managing sales goals: setting sales goals for their team and ensuring that they are met. Track progress and adjust as needed. Managing the sales pipeline: manage the sales pipeline to ensure that there are always qualified leads for their sales representatives to work with. This includes identifying potential customers and opportunities, qualifying them, and prioritizing them.( with focus on Specialties) Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, supply chain input. Accordingly set goals, develop strategies, and track progress. Price setting: collect and share market insights in terms of demand, competition and won/lost business to drive price setting decisions (PRIN) in pricing councils Recruiting and hiring account managers and/or Business development Managers. Find qualified candidates who are a good fit for the company, the sales team and relevant challenges for SEA Training, motivating and coaching: Train and develop their team members so that they can be successful. This includes providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to close deals. Motivate and coach their team members to help them achieve their goals. This includes providing feedback, setting expectations, and helping them overcome challenges. Managing customer relationships: build and maintain strong relationship w/ customers Support SMP strategic initiatives, marketing & sales initiatives and attending to conferences
 

Requirements

Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering or Management At least 8 to 10 years of experience with proven record in commercial ,sales management or Business development roles in Care Chemical industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication skills; Problem-solving skills; Data analysis skills.
