Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Planning and Analytics to join our Retail Wireless Operations team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing planning processes and operational efficiency. The Head of Planning and Analytics will be responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating day-to-day operations with product, marketing, and sales teams, and implementing initiatives to achieve revenue maximization. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven to drive results, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** In this role, you will: + Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals + Lead planning and execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives + Drive demand planning using statistical forecasting and AI models + Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and processes + Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and identify improvement areas + Maintain data infrastructure and perform analytics to maximize business performance **Skills, Experience and Requirements** As a successful Head of Planning and Analytics, you will have: **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred + Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or related roles **Skills and Qualifications:** + Experience with C-suite and other extended leadership engagements + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines + Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
