JOB SCOPE:
The Head of Pricing Strategy & Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven pricing frameworks to optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and ensure competitiveness across both B2B and B2C channels in service operations and parts distribution.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Pricing Strategy & Analytics develops and implements data-driven pricing frameworks across our service and parts businesses. This role will be crucial in optimizing the pricing strategy to improve profitability while maintaining competitiveness in both B2C and B2B channels.
Design and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for service operations and parts distribution, with particular focus on B2B channel optimization
Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate price elasticity and customer behavior across different service categories and parts segments
Lead quantitative analysis of historical pricing data to identify opportunities and validate pricing hypotheses
Create standardized pricing models that account for labor costs, parts costs, overhead, and market dynamics
Build and maintain pricing tools and dashboards to monitor performance and guide decision-making
Partner with operations teams to understand cost structures and develop profitable pricing strategies
Analyze competitor pricing and market positioning to ensure competitive alignment
