As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role. **Line of Business:** Technology Solutions **Job Description:** The Head of Privileged Identity Access Management is responsible for Product ownership of the sub-services within IAM; Authentication and Authorization including MFA, Directories and Federation. This role defines implementation plans for AuthN/Z Identity products. Drives deployment through in-house FTE's, Statements of Work, outsourcing deals. **Depth & Scope:** + Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required + Leads product, engineering and support teams with a focus on: privilege Access control for all account types, credential and Key management, JIT Access Elevation, credential Vaulting and Session management, certificate based authentication and certificate management, privilege account operational support, PAM infrastructure and vault configuration + Works with our Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology partners to develop our PAM strategy and technology roadmaps + Defines a target operating model and build Engineering, Build and Support functions + Develops and implements a talent strategy to retain/recruit appropriate skillset + Identifies, researches, evaluates and implements emerging IAM technologies + Leverages Agile concepts for product delivery + Leverages WIAM VOC for product improvement + Leads the team responsible for configuration, installation and maintenance, in-depth troubleshooting tasks and documentation of any PAM activities + Manages IAM upgrade schedules, project funding and collaborating with vendors and partners + Leads Risk Management activities for PAM, addressing internal and external audit and Regulatory requests **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree is preferred + 10+ years of experience in financial crimes management, risk management, or compliance within the financial services or related industry + Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a regulatory and risk-focused environment + In-depth knowledge of AML regulations, fraud detection, and prevention frameworks + Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and technology-driven solutions for risk management + Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills + Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus **Who We Are:** TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
