Teladoc Health, Inc. seeks Head of Product, Growth (Multiple Openings) at its facility located at 2 Manhattanville Rd, Purchase, NY 10577. Develop growth product vision, set objectives and goals, and create strategies to achieve them, taking full ownership of the main product KPIs such as revenues and LTV). Set product growth and monetization strategy and supervise end-to-end roadmaps from ideation to implementation. Analyze product performance data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. Manage user lifecycle using the CRM platform and optimize engagement and LTV. Handle both the mobile and web product funnels, so we can maximize reachable audiences. Ensure product design and development is in line with user needs and business goals. Conduct test and measure the performance of new features to ensure they are beneficial to the users and the impact on revenues. Supervise product updates to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction. Hire, train, and manage the product team composed of product managers and/or other specialists. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are involved in product development and launch including but not limited to growth, customer success, legal, B2b. Collaborate cross-functionally with the data and software engineering teams, optimize processes, and maximize impact. Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. Create and maintain a values-based, high performance, and data-driven culture within the product team as well as for the rest of the company. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Technology Engineering or a related field and 10 years of experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, or occupation involving product management. In the alternative the employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Technology Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, or occupation involving product management. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Strategy and Operations (Operations defined as: Management of digital projects, including planning, execution, and coordination of tasks, resources, and timelines.); (2) Application building and the ability to participate in technical decisions; (3) Reading basic code and writing SQL queries; (4) Quickly launching products on a regular basis in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality; and (5) UX and understanding of its related metrics. 100% Telecommuting. Rate of pay: $262,621 – $262,621 per year.
