We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our product team and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Kixie’s product offerings. This role requires a blend of business and technical expertise, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our product aligns with our market needs and exceeds customer expectations.
In this role you will:
+ Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with Kixie's business objectives and market opportunities
+ Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity
+ Utilize prioritization frameworks to ensure that resources are allocated effectively, and product initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives
+ Advocate for the needs of our users, ensuring that all product enhancements and new features drive customer satisfaction and business impact
+ Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth
+ Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and feature definition to launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet quality, usability, and performance standards
+ Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, refine product features, and optimize the user experience
+ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product launches
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against business goals
+ Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes
Requirements
+ 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
+ Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products, preferably in the sales enablement or communication tools space
+ Solid knowledge of database architecture to guide technical decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
+ Strong understanding of product development methodologies
+ Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
+ Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
+ Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes
+ Ability to think strategically while being hands-on when needed to drive execution
+ Experience with CRM platforms, sales tools, or integration technologies is a plus
+ Familiarity with CPaaS providers such as Plivo, Twilio, or similar services is a plus
