We are looking for a talented and motivated Head of Biomanufacturing Drug Substances Production Support to join our Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role :
As a Head of Biomanufacturing Production Support, you are responsible for ensuring quality and compliance in biomanufacturing processes, optimizing these processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, leading and developing the support team, managing related projects, and collaborating with other departments to align manufacturing activities with company goals.

Leadership: plan, direct and lead manufacturing support operationsCompliance: ensure all activities comply with GMP (good manufacturing practice) and other regulationsTeam development: build and empower a strong, entrepreneurial teamSafety: promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety procedures
Interested ? For this position, you must have the following training, experience and skills :
Master’s degree in a technical or scientific fieldMinimum 12 years’ experience in biotech manufacturing or engineering managementStrong knowledge in project management. Proven involvement in similar large scale construction projectHigh leadership and communication skills, including negotiation, change management, facilitation, argumentationReady to travel a limited periodFluent in French and English
