**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As the Head of Property Management for the Southeast US sub region you will ensure the optimal, effective and efficient operation of the owned and leased real estate portfolio, including the provision of space and services! This role will include daily interactions with the US Real Estate team, Business Area site leadership, and our vendor handled FM and PM teams supporting your locations.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ **Property Management Strategies** : Ensure efficient operational performance of properties and real estate operations, including facilities management services and maintenance, aligned with the company's global objectives and regional needs.
+ **Maintenance Strategy Execution** : Define and implement local maintenance strategies based on functional requirements and asset value protection. Coordinate maintenance teams, address repair requests, and plan vital upgrades.
+ **Stakeholder Management and Reporting** : Focus on local collaborator relationships and user satisfaction. Provide data for finance to compile reports on performance, expenses, and other relevant metrics.
+ **Operational Finance and Budget Management** : Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities by providing data for month-end forecasting and ensuring data quality. Lead and control the budget for the sub-region, define and supervise savings, and implement cost efficiencies and process improvements.
+ **Compliance and Risk Management** : Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety regulations (EHS), and SE policies. Actively supervise RE operations and lead risks by identifying potential threats and implementing mitigation strategies.
+ **Support Improvement and Innovation** : Implement sustainability practices within the real estate portfolio, such as energy efficiency measures, renewable energy integration, and green building certifications. Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelors degree or similar university education in CRE or Facility Management.
+ 5 to 8 years of professional experience in CRE Management, esp. property &/or facility management. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
+ In-depth knowledge in the areas of Corporate Real Estate Management processes, esp. property and facility management.
+ Strong leadership abilities and a strong interest in cultivating diverse teams and promoting growth. Track record of leading property management &/or facility management teams.
+ Capable of working in a multinational and multicultural team.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
