What part will you play?You will lead a development team in the Embedded Systems division within our international development organisation for Electrification & Automation.Furthermore, you will support your employees in their personal development and in achieving their goals in our highly complex development projects for the SIPROTEC product familiesYou see change as a challenge, adapt to it and drive it forward with passion until it is successfully implemented with your team.As a project manager (f/m/d), you will provide technical leadership to international R&D teams and promote an ownership culture throughout the organisation.It is your responsibility to translate customer requirements and problems into specific tasks and solutions and to set up corresponding projects.Lastly, you will be responsible for the associated project budgets and adherence to deadlines, taking into account quality requirements and customer benefits.What you need to make real what matters.The foundation of your success is a degree or master's degree in electrical engineering specialising in energy systemsAdditionally, you possess many years of professional experience in leading international teams as a project or team leaderYou have a solid understanding of station technology in the medium and high voltage range as well as transmission and distribution gridsYou also have several years of relevant professional experience in software development for embedded real-time systemsKnowledge in the application of AI would be a significant advantageStrategic thinking and the development of innovative solutions with your team, which you drive forward with your strong communication skills and powers of persuasion, comes easily to youLastly, your German and English skills are business fluent
