Education and/or Experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial, software, physics or equivalent Minimum of 10 years industry experiences in Reliability, Quality, or R&D Knowledgeable in advanced reliability tools such as Reliability Prediction, Reliability Diagram, FMEA, Fault Tree, Weibull, HALT and ALT test methodologies, FRACAS (Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System), and 8D problem solving. Hand-on experience with a pragmatic approach working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications: (Education, Skills, Experience, and/or Languages that are nice to have but not required):
Experiences in highly mechanical-electronics (Mechatronics) products in the field of reliability, quality or engineering
Language and Communication:
Fluently read, speak and write in English Ability to articulate and communicate effectively on complex or sensitive issues from the details to strategies to the company leadership team, vendors and customers Ability to express oneself effectively in front of groups internally and externally Master effective written and oral communication on different issues including disputing Ability to prepare program summaries for peer, executive, or customer reviews. Able to plan, organize and facilitate efficient working-level and review level meetings
