Are you interested in leading a high visibility, strategic team that is responsible for the Ring and Blink Online sales business in North America? The Head of North American Online Sales for Ring and Blink will define and manage the execution of Ring and Blink’s growth strategy and commercial execution on Amazon.com. The role will be the single-threaded-owner of Ring and Blink’s sales strategy on Amazon, leveraging customer, competitive, product and channel intelligence to define the commercial experience for new and existing customers. Responsibilities of this role include setting and delivering growth targets, defining inventive traffic and conversion strategies, and reporting on the Online business to Amazon leadership. This role also drives the 1P Online experience, and prioritizes the roadmap for internal tech teams to deliver key on-site tech enhancements and initiatives on behalf of the Ring and Blink businesses.
We are looking for motivated self-starters that can work in an extremely fast paced environment. The successful candidate can be a single-threaded owner of Ring and Blink’s Amazon sales and growth strategy, and build out the vision for long-term growth Online. The role will own key components of Ring and Blink’s operating plans, and influence strategic decisions, with visibility to the top levels of senior management in Amazon Devices.
Key job responsibilities
Design the Online sales strategy for Ring and Blink, and drive commercial execution through your team.
Provide data-driven insights into Online sales channel to Ring and Blink leadership.
Identify net new growth opportunities and influence the organizational strategy across internal teams.
Build a team that accelerates growth and unlocks commercial opportunities within the A.com sales funnel.
Leadership of major sales events, and new product launches on A.com.
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence new product experiences that align with customer and commercial needs.
Partner with BIEs on data analysis to understand traffic and conversion, customer buying habits, and product preferences, informing tailored sales strategies for different customer segments. Conduct broad customer and competitor research as needed.
Own the definition and delivery of key commercial metrics (KPIs) for Ring and Blink on A.com.
