The Opportunity:
We - Ritter, part of Avantor- are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Customer Success – Medical (m/w/d) to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, enhancing market share, and fostering strong relationships with OEM customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets.Assign territories, set sales goals, and ensure performance accountability (OEM customers and distributors).Collaborate with Product Management and R&D on market strategies for new and existing products.Train and coach distributors to enhance their capabilities and customer service.Implement innovative sales strategies and manage pricing policies.Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.Build strong relationships with key customers while providing ongoing product training.Attend trade exhibitions and represent the company effectively through distributor training and presentations.Requirements:
University degree in life sciences or biomedical engineering.Significant sales management experience; bilingual in German and English (additional languages a plus).Excellent communication skills with a knack for motivating teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.Proven experience in market analysis and territory development.Strong business acumen as well as negotiation and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is desirable.
