What You Can Expect
Zoom is seeking an experienced and results-driven sales leader to manage the Enterprise Sales region South, overseeing medium, large, and strategic enterprise companies. This role will directly report into the Head of Zoom Central (DACH & CEE).
We value experience in SaaS technology and Cloud Phone/CX solutions (preferred). Through value-driven sales approaches, you will grow our business in this key region by managing KPIs, instilling discipline within the team to build a sustainable pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
You will collaborate with the channel team, overlay sales functions, and solution experts to drive Zoom pipeline and MRR while maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
You will serve as the regional Zoom executive contact for key customers and partners while representing Zoom in external media appearances and events.

About The Team
Zoom's enterprise sales team in Germany is dedicated to serving large-scale clients, focusing on organizations with over 1,000 users up to extensive enterprises. This team engages with both existing and potential customers to offer the comprehensive Zoom platform, which includes video meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience, and employee experience solutions. By building positive relationships with C-suite decision-makers, they help clients realise the value of their investments. Additionally, the team collaborates with distributors and partners on lead generation plans, training, and deal progression to drive business growth through distributor and channel programs.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an effective segmentation strategy with a high-impact coverage model, leveraging both internal and external sellers, including channel and technology partners, to optimize market coverage
Recruit, train, mentor and lead the Germany South Sales team to achieve excellence
Drive accountability and performance through structured daily, weekly and monthly sales cadence
Lead strategic development and management of the Germany South sales pipeline
Ensure achievement and exceed revenue targets assigned to the Germany Sales team
Create and implement territory-specific sales strategies to identify and engage key prospects and decision makers
Establish and execute regional GTM strategy to enhance sales growth with key partners
Provide effective coaching while ensuring high forecast accuracy, superior opportunity management and strategic account planning
Orchestrate and manage the successful closure of both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle
Maximize utilization of company resources to support sales campaigns, including marketing, sales development, BDR, customer success, support, engineering, professional services, and executives
Enhance Zoom's regional presence through event participation, cultivating senior customer and partner relationships, and expanding professional networks
What we’re looking for
Over 10 years of proven software, UCaaS, and CCaaS sales experience at C-level, encompassing prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing business across complex and transactional sales cycles
More than 5 years of demonstrated and well-documented experience in Sales Leadership and Management
Rich experience in enterprise account management throughout Germany, with additional international exposure preferred
Solid track record working with enterprise companies across M, L, and XL segments
Consistent history of meeting and surpassing sales quotas
Exceptional ability to comprehend and communicate key business challenges while aligning Zoom's solutions to address these needs
Demonstrated capability to inspire and lead a team of high-performing, experienced sales professionals
Proven expertise in managing complex sales processes with extended cycles
Advanced problem-solving capabilities with success in fast-paced environments
Established record of driving revenue growth in dynamic, high-growth settings
Strong aptitude for establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with C-level executives
Embodies a philosophy of dedication to team, company, and customer welfare
Demonstrates unwavering commitment to high integrity leadership
Proven success in building partnerships and ecosystems, with demonstrated ability to align and coordinate various direct and indirect sales initiatives
Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong drive for performance, continuous learning, and collaborative success
Native German language proficiency and excellent command of English required
