What you will do:

As a Sales head, you will lead four teams focused on lifecycle, partner management, digital & software, and vertical & enterprise customers to achieve sales goals and implement strategic priorities. Lead, manage, and oversee the sales department to achieve sustainable financial results and implement processes in alignment with the strategy. Ensure Sales team is evolving to sell customers outcomes leveraging digital portfolio capabilities and improving margins YOY. Ensure the Sales team has full capabilities to sell service and software long term subscription/ contract business. Define and execute partner development programs including strategy, target setting, business reviews, sales measures, etc. Build competence and pipeline of direct opportunities for digital and software offerings. Create high performing teams in a diverse and agile environment. Drive accretive margin growth in the smart infrastructure portfolio in Taiwan market. Develop and drive forward the sales strategy for all channels and ensure effective sales setup capitalizing synergies in collaboration within and across Building BU. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics. Champion innovation and the adoption of new portfolio and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor or above educational background. At least 12 years of experience in sales, including over 6 years in product, solution, or service-oriented businesses. A minimum of 6 years of experience managing successful sales teams. Experience in leading diverse teams is a plus. 3 or more years of experience in communication and collaboration with senior management across organizations, with the ability to present and influence at all levels. Market knowledge in building technologies. Proven capability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to address challenges quickly and effectively to drive results. Demonstrates a growth mindset and openness to new changes and ideas. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally. Work experience in an international, multi-cultural environment is preferred. Experience in the building industry is an advantage.
