Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr Head of Sales Strategy over Billie, Shave & Grooming, the Head of Billie Sales Strategy will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive 4P Channel Strategy, aligned with strategic brand plans to outperform the market. This role will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring plans are developed with our consumers at the forefront and are designed to win with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Business Planning
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with cross functional teams including sales, sales operations, brand, growth marketing, product development, finance and supply chain, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
• Design and execute category growth strategies that motivate retail partners to invest in our brands while ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
• Identify and unlock distribution opportunities to drive category expansion, leveraging strategic collaboration and insights.
Channel Strategy
• Define customer segmentation using data driven insights, ensuring efficient resource allocation for targeted sales and marketing efforts.
• Design and execute channel strategies that ensure products are delivered to consumers through the right platforms, optimizing reach, efficiency, and consumer experience.
• Develop commercial pricing strategies that balance Edgewell and retailer performance thresholds while minimizing market disruption and optimizing scalability.
• Create and implement promotional strategies that drive profitable share growth, using performance and post analysis for continuous improvement.
Opportunity Exploration & Commercial Excellence
• “Be the voice” of the retail teams and commercial teams, ensuring brand strategies and priorities are understood and executed to delight the retailer partners and consumers.
• Leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence and strong brand equities to identify growth opportunities and enhance retailer investment strategies, ensuring alignment with retailer goals, brand strategy, and shopper behavior.
• Collaborate on new product development, launch strategies and 4P execution to maximize retailer support, in-store impact and conversion.
Ideal Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the CPG industry developing and implementing strategies to drive brand growth
• A blend of sales and marketing experience, or a combination of retailer-facing roles and internal cross-functional team management

The salary range for this position is $176,000- 264,000 Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
