About this opportunity
Ericsson is looking for a Head of Services Portfolio, Transformation & Partner Management for Market Area Middle East and Africa (MMEA) Business and Operations Systems (BOS) responsible to secure MMEA BOS Services financial targets and market share commitments, to create and drive BOS Services Solutions & Sales Offerings towards the CUs and support the CUs in driving customer engagements by providing Services value argumentation and thought leadership.
This role will be working with the Head of Strategy, Business Development & Portfolio for MMEA BOS. Role is opened in Egypt with Turkey, Pakistan as additional target locations. Final location, however, will be assessed across all MMEA countries.
What you will do
Manage and lead BOS Services Portfolio Solution Development – maturity assessment, Go-to-Market Plan, Demos, PoC and first case deployments aligning with relevant stakeholders.Manage and improve BOS Services Sales Methods & Tools (measured by standard methodology services for ROM/Estimator Tools, MS T&T practice adaption across all MS Services opportunities, # of deals where Automation/AI is used in services proposal)Support CU Sales Engagement & Business Readiness for BOS Services portfolio including IT and ADM Managed Services across MMEASecure and lead Managed Services (MS) Transition &Transformations (T&T) practice adaption across all MS Services opportunitiesDrive uniform adoption of Automation & AI in all Services Proposals and engagements to enable delivered service efficiency.Be the focal point for BOS Services Partner Management critical initiativesManage BOS Services Portfolio Competence Transfer from BA into Delivery Excellence, Business Development & CU BOS TeamsLead the MMEA BOS Services Competitive Intelligence in alignment with SA CSS Completive intelligence team.Promote BOS Services Best Practices and Global/Local Assets adoption in MMEA through sharing the best guidelines, knowledge management, and harvesting and reuse across all CUs.
You will bring
15+ years of experience in Telecom/Systems Integration leading Portfolio Development, Sales, Business DevelopmentUniversity degree. Graduate degree such as an MBA is a plus.In-depth knowledge of BOS Products, Solutions & Services portfolio including full stack BSS and OSS with surrounding Domains.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional highly matrixed and globally distributed teams.Demonstrated experience to lead others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutionsStrong consultative, presentation, and communication skillsHighly proficient teamwork skillsFinancial AcumenWilling to make IMPACTFluent in EnglishWhy join Ericsson?
