The Head of Stores is responsible for leading an outstanding store experience, delivering on all aspects of operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture of associate career development, through building the right team to support a high growth business in all Paper Source retail stores nationwide. This position is responsible for executing the business strategies to achieve sales expectations and other key metrics for all retail stores.

An employee in this position can expect a starting rate of $150.000 annually, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
