With a growing business developing systems in the Healthcare and Novel System markets, alongside an established product portfolio across a range of industries, we are looking for a transformational leader ready to make a real impact with their next career move.

Main Accountabilities

As Head of Supply Chain you will be a key member of our RF Power Leadership Community and be responsible for leading across boundaries to deliver exceptional customer service to our global customer base in the Healthcare, Industrial and Defence markets.

With an ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated leader, who is passionate about driving improvement in Supply Chain best practice, and who has experience in bringing a team with them on such change journey.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Accountability for our global demand and supply planning and forecasting processes.  Shaping these effectively to support our ambitious growth plans and improve our performanceEnsuring that business planning and forecasting data is supplied for an efficient planning and utilisation visionLeadership and development of our RF Power Supply Chain Planning, warehouse and Logistics teamsIntegrated business planning across all RF Power, ensuring commonality of plans, messaging and information flowsOptimisation across our end-to-end supply chain to maximise performance in inventory management, lead time and OTDCapacity planning activities across the business in close collaboration with business streams and functionsTimely provision of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and business analysisImplementation lead of all key Supply Chain infrastructure projectsOptimization of inbound material scheduling to ensure it is in line with business requirements and inventory target.

Essential Experience and Skills

Demonstrable experience with cutting edge S&OP methods and ideasPrevious experience in S&OP planning and process improvementManufacturing experience is desirableDegree or equivalent experience in relevant Operations, Engineering or Business Administration fieldDemonstrable experience of driving efficiencies and improvement throughout a businessBe able to show a commercially and customer facing focusBe able to show a collaborative and inclusive team-based way of workingBe capable of introducing new ways of working and driving innovation through the business at paceAble to work at pace under pressureERP experience ideally SAP S4 Hana
