Summary: Seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Operations to oversee supply chain management, supplier relations, inventory management, logistics optimization, and compliance for a new merchandising and apparel division.

Job Requirements:

BS Degree

Professional certifications like APICS or CSCP

ERP systems experience (Navision preferred)

7+ years in Supply Chain Management within retail, apparel, or merchandise industry

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the merchandising and apparel industry

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners

Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, third-party logistics providers, and production planners

Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs

Optimize logistics flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Define and optimize business processes, KPIs, and operational reporting

Mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Manage the operational budget to ensure business growth ahead of market disruptions

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
