Head Of Talent Acquisition
Job Title: Head of Talent AcquisitionJob Description The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building an effective, streamlined, and fair recruiting engine. This process-driven role is passionate about developing systems and enhancing recruiting efforts across the organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Talent Acquisition will work collaboratively with all departments within the company, ensuring that hiring practices align with company goals and values. Responsibilities + Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. + Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding. + Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support. + Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with company objectives. + Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws in all hiring practices. + Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Sterling, Google Suite, Calendly, and Slack. + Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Essential Skills + A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations. + Experience in leading a talent acquisition team. + Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse, Sterling, Google Suite, Calendly, and Slack. + Industry/recruiting background in Media, Research, Sales, Content roles, SAD products, and consulting roles. + Strong understanding of local and international labor laws. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Proactive problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent communicator with the ability to convey ideas and information clearly to various stakeholders. + Strong project management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. + Capable of building rapport with colleagues and candidates to foster a collaborative work environment. Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office (one day must be Wednesday) and 3 days working from home.
