What the day will look like
As the Head of Talent Solutions Asia Pacific, you will create growth, capability and content for the solution line. This will involve developing and nurturing innovative high value, best-in-class solutions and service offerings to clients in the region.
The Head of Talent Solutions, Asia Pacific:
+ + Affirms and amplifies the strategic vision and direction of Talent Solutions in APAC.
+ Delivers a consistent set of best-in-class solution / service offerings consistent with regional priorities. Drives growth, innovation, performance standards and capability building across both data and advisory solutions.
+ Oversees the product management and development of new Solution Line products that are of particular importance to clients in APAC, and where viable, applicable globally.
+ Collaborates with internal Solution Line teams and third-party partners, where applicable, to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their needs.
+ Promotes region specific marketing activities for Talent Solutions linked to overall plan for Human Capital APAC and global Solution Line messaging.
+ Keeps pulse on emerging business opportunities to evaluate the potential for new service offerings and/or acquisitions.
+ Partners across Solution Lines and other sales channels to implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client accounts.
+ Manages Talent Solution industry-specific insights, including responsibility for associated research and industry expertise, using insights to inform opportunities for industry-specific Human Capital capabilities.
+ Owns annual and multi-year revenue and margin growth plans that map to (and comprise portions of) the Human Capital APAC growth plan and global Solution Line plan.
+ Manages talent at a Regional level, hiring within a regional framework, setting career paths, and developing Solution Line related expertise.
+ Builds high performing teams who perform end to end sales including outreach pitching, pricing, negotiation, closing deals and implementation, across both data and advisory solutions.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
+ Passionate about the value provided by our Solution Lines.
+ Successfully built, scaled, and led high performing sales teams that span multiple geographies and cultures.
+ Genuine expertise in the field – able to exemplify “The best of Aon” in Talent Solutions with clients, at conferences, in publications, etc.
+ Strong experience in consultative sales and possesses the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
+ Strong experience within a rewards data and analytics environment.

+ Multi-culturally aware and able to influence and build strong C-level relationships across borders.
