We are now looking for a Head of Training to lead our global training strategy and ensure that Danfoss Drives has a world-class technical training offering in place to meet business and customer needs. As Head of Training, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with Danfoss Drives’ global objectives. You will oversee training development and delivery ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience for both internal teams and customers worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving a continuous learning culture and digital transformation in training. **Job Responsibilities** As the Head of Training, you will lead a global training organization responsible for Danfoss Drives’ technical training portfolio. You will work closely with training centers and other business stakeholders to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and an optimized training offering that meets requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: + Driving technical training portfolio development and secure training governance with divisions and sales. Enhancing training portfolio based evolving needs. + Leading training centers, ensuring excellence and efficiency in training delivery and training portfolio development + Developing and deploying a global training strategy that supports Danfoss Drives’ business needs + Building a global training network in collaboration with regional training teams and other Drives Business colleagues. + Partnering with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and divisions to ensure training offering is aligned with market needs. + Managing relationships related to content creation with partners and internal stakeholders. + Ensuring systems (LMS etc.) and processes are maintained and used within training network. **Background & Skills** To be successful in this role, you thrive in a matrix organization, possess strong strategic thinking skills, and have an ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders. You have a proven track record of implementing training strategies in complex organizational structures and motivating teams to work toward a common agenda.
