Head of Training - Expatriate Position

Primary Responsibilities
+ Assist the Director in leading the execution of tasks and functions of medical staff groups, installations, business management units, and/or other nomenclature;
+ Propose to the Director through the relevant manager:
+ Work plans as a basis for preparing activity implementation plans and budgets to achieve performance targets;
+ Plans for staffing needs, promotions, demotions, and rotations;
+ Performance targets for members of medical staff groups, installations, and business management units and/or other nomenclature;
+ Service development and collaboration with relevant stakeholders; and
+ Needs for state-owned assets, budgets, procurement of goods and services, and disposal of state-owned assets
Key Objectives and Deliverables
+ Enhance staff competency and professional development:
+ Implement effective training programs.
+ Foster a culture of continuous learning.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Support organizational change and innovation.
+ Bachelor’s or Diploma IV degree in medicine or dentistry
+ Have cumulative experience in a related field of duty for at least 5 (five) years.
Qualifications and Competencies
+ Bachelor’s or Diploma IV degree in medicine or dentistry
+ Have cumulative experience in a related field of duty for at least 5 (five) years.
+ Currently holds or has held an administrative position or a professional expert position at the intermediate level for at least 2 (two) years
