Principal responsibilities

Formulate and implement effective and sound Card Usage strategies and actions to achieve the growth targets and increase market share.Take the lead in identifying, structuring, and implementing new strategic partnership to drive values to Card customers and partners.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities arising from the evolving market landscape in Cards and Payments industry.Own and lead the Cards Rewards proposition and customer platforms and drive new capabilities and enhancements to foster customer loyalty development, with the accountability to balance rewards cost and profitability.Development of customer-led solutions, pricing and functions/ features across card and reward programme as they evolve.Drive digital innovation on card usage and rewards and develop a compelling loyalty platform to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.Liaise with Cards Associations and payment service partners to provide customized business solutions and support to build win-win relationships.
