Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Chief of Staff Office

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of WPB Business Risk Management.

The job holder is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the Wealth Personal Banking business. The job holder works closely with business units and senior management to ensure effective risk management practices are in place and risks are within the bank's risk appetite.

Develop and maintain WPB business risk management governance, framework, policies and processesProvide oversight on business units’ risk management practicesMonitor and report on key risk indicators, risk events, and risk exposures for the WPB businessConduct risk assessments and ensure business units comply with regulations and internal policiesDrive a strong risk culture across the WPB businessCollaborate with other risk management functions (including second third line of defence) to ensure a holistic view of riskLead a team of risk management professionals and ensure they have the necessary skills and capabilities
