Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources, to ensure successful project delivery Leading and directing a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives Overseeing the execution of all project activities, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover Monitoring and controlling project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any project-related issues Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and objectives Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle Providing regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the project team Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across projects Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred) Experience Minimum of 22 years of experience in the Copper Business industry Demonstrated track record of successful project management and delivery Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
