Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the precast manufacturing, construction and infrastructure related industries Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in precast manufacturing and construction sectors  Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for Precast Industry, aligned with the organization's objectives. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic partnerships with Precast technology and suppliers. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Precast Industry related procurement and supply chain operations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and technology partners. Analyse spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop cost optimization strategies for procurement. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to procurement, including those specific to industry. Lead the procurement planning and execution for Precast Manufacturing and projects from the ground up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and source all required equipment, supplies, and services. prepare and present techno-commercial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and guidelines Identify and mitigate risks associated with techno-commercial aspects of the industry
