Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the precast manufacturing, construction and infrastructure related industries Lead and manage the techno-commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in precast manufacturing and construction sectors  Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality solutions Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions Prepare and present techno-commercial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and guidelines Identify and mitigate risks associated with techno-commercial aspects of the industry Experience 18-20 years of relevant experience in precast, construction, infrastructure, industry Demonstrated track record of successfully leading techno-commercial initiatives and driving business growth Proven experience in project management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning
