Lead operations and maintenance team, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure smooth functioning of wind energy facilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and optimize performance Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies Coordinate with internal stakeholders to report on site performance, maintenance activities, and resource requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Get conducted regular inspections and audits to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating with external service providers when necessary Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Manage site budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to the on-site team members.  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Master's degree in Renewable Energy or Management (preferred) 15 + years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry Prior experience in wind energy operations and maintenance Demonstrated leadership experience.
