Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $31.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Saturday from 02:30pm to 01:00am)Strong understanding of slip and press fit relationships.Repair Header tools and make complete header tool components.Work with carbide, hardened tool steels, dies and cutting tools to close tolerance.Work with mills, lathes, surface grinders, hones, and fixtures.Use shop math as required.Header Department Tool & Die Maker Qualifications:
Good machining skills. Shop mathMust be able to read blueprints.Use measuring instruments (i.e., micrometers, calipers, comparators).Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a tool maker for a manufacturing facility in header department.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
