Header Roller Operator
Job Title: Header/Roller Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Header Roller Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating roller/header machines. This role requires maintaining production requirements and quality standards with minimal supervision. Previous experience in die setting translates very well to this role.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate header equipment with limited supervision.Maintain production requirements and quality standards.Operate cold heading and roller machines.Set up and operate Formax 34's, 44's, and 54's.Perform maintenance on machines if necessary.Read and understand technical prints.Perform first piece inspection and monitor the quality of all parts.Make adjustments to maintain quality standards.Essential SkillsExperience as a header operator and roller operator is a huge plus.Mechanical aptitude and die-setting skills.Experience in machine operation within the manufacturing industry.Ability to set up and operate manufacturing equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a Tool & Die setting.Die setting and tool making skills.Experience with Formax machines and progressive die.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
