Our Client meets today’s modern fastening needs. From automotive, industrial, rail, and shipbuilding to defense, medical, and agricultural, Our Client can provide the fastener solution for any critical or standard application. They are looking for multiple Roller/Header Operators for their 1st and 2nd shift teams. Prior experience as a die/mold setter, thread operator, and screw machine operator translates very well into this role.

We offer a sign-on bonus based on performance and attendance during the first 90 days/contract period, ranging from $2,500 to $5,000. Additionally, there is a referral bonus of $10,000 after 1 year.
Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean fastener company. Training will be conducted for 3 months on the 1st shift (5:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday at the Utica facility) with occasional Fridays and Saturdays. After training, you will move to the 2nd shift (3:30 PM to 1:30 AM).
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
