Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Analyst

The HSE Analyst will use data and metrics to identify trends and work with business partners and SME’s to identify opportunities for improvement. The HSE Analyst will provide administrative support and data governance for “Pulse” our internal Environmental Management Information System (EMIS) and will be a technical resource to all CVS Health business units. The HSE Analyst will interact with business partners and HSE SME’s to evaluate and analyze relevant data, identify potential program and process improvements that align with trends, assist in developing HSE programs, and support and develop Pulse dashboards under the direct supervision of an HSE Manager. As part of the team, a successful candidate will acquire and maintain a deep understanding of CVS business, products, services and support. Using this knowledge and insight, they will provide fact-based and data-driven strategic guidance on HSE programs to meet organizational goals. Activities of an analyst typically include gaining better insight into an HSE problem to be solved; formulating a data-driven approach to solve the problem; creating EMIS user guides, training materials and dashboards to support business partners. Successful candidates will have a track record of using data analysis and business analytics to develop an understanding of HSE trends. **Required Qualifications** 1+ year experience in a field such as: Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or closely related field. 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, etc. **Preferred Qualifications** 1+ year experience using PowerBI and/or an EMIS system. **Education** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Master’s Degree is preferred **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.80 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
