The Job You Will Perform:
The key accountabilities listed below are not to be considered all-inclusive; a team member may be required to perform additional tasks, as directed, and based on changing business needs of the company.
Support mill HSE programs, policies, audits, and safety teams Assist in coordination of annual hearing tests Oversite of safety equipment, confined space monitors, bags and other safety/environmental equipment Assist with safety and environmental reporting MyLearning assistance, including course development, tracking and training Administrative responsibilities including investigations, incidents, coordinating annual review of forms, documents and standard operating procedures, prescription and sealed eyewear program, catering, ordering of safety supplies, Maintaining HSE tracking spreadsheets, databases (IPS, Examinetics, ETC) Update records and assist with certification of first aid team members and inspections of emergency response equipment Responsibilities include spending time on the production floor and on mill grounds
The Skills You Will Bring:
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required. Proficient use of Windows based software programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or comparable software program. Excellent verbal, written, and people skills are required.
