Health Advisor Associate - Birmingham, AL - Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (3), 8:00AM-8:00PM (1), 11:00AM-5:00PM (1)

This position works with other Health Advisors to solve problems and help identify effective solutions to healthcare barriers for patients.   

Pay Range: $20.00+ per hour


Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Coaches members and provides an empathetic, non-judgmental environment to identify effective solutions to healthcare barriers.Works telephonically/electronically with members to manage their chronic conditionInterface with member profile and data within SalesforceDevelop rapport and relationships with individuals to increase self-efficacyIdentify and solve barriers to individual’s health managementProvide an above and beyond experience assisting members in locating various services, physicians, or resourcesMonitor data reported directly by members to create a personalized improvementUse KPIs to assess work performanceUtilize strengths and interests to work on various projects within the companyBeing a champion for quality and continuous improvement

NBC-HWC Certification must be obtained within 2 years.
