What can you expect:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Benefits Consultant to join our team in the Middle East and Africa region. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of consultancy services to our diverse client portfolio, primarily focused on the medical insurance and benefits landscape.

You will be joining a dynamic and experienced team of Health and Benefits consultants, supporting large organizations, government entities, and regional/global companies in the Middle East and Africa. Our team is dedicated to providing strategic insights and tailored solutions to help our clients optimize their employee benefit programs.

We have a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis.

We will rely on you to:

- Conduct benchmarking studies on insured benefits, including medical insurance plans

- Perform claims audits and in-depth claims analysis for clients

- Assist with census analysis and RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation for clients looking to review their benefit programs

- Provide strategic recommendations and benefit harmonization solutions to clients

- Identify any discrepancies or potential fraud and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues

- Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate complex concepts and trends to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a consultancy role, preferably within the insurance or benefits industry

- Strong understanding of medical insurance products, claims management, and benefit design

- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and presenting findings to clients

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) being an advantage

- Willingness to travel within the Middle East and Africa region as needed

- Experience in identifying and resolving discrepancies or potential fraud in insurance claims

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex information
