The Health and Safety Administrator supports the Health Safety Specialist in managing the workplace accident and return to work program in Ontario.

The Health and Safety Administrator is responsible for completing all Manpower internal incident and accident investigations, completion and submission of provincial reporting forms and the management of workplace injury claims (in Ontario).

This role will support the return to work program and will arrange the offer of modified duties to associates, manage the return to work associate on a daily basis and help to coordinate new placements and establish new community partners.

This role also works closely with the Health Safety Specialist to coordinate on claims and discuss strategies to improve the Health Safety program.

• Expands thinking to consider a variety of new opportunities and examines alternative solutions when arranging modified duties, setting up placements or working to establish new community Return to work Partnerships.

• Manages workplace injury investigations, claims, minimizing time loss and claim costs through early intervention and proactive coordination of services.

• Source and identify opportunities in existing client base and other organizations to accommodate as injury, as needed.

• Provides an exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive communication.

• Delivers on reporting SLA’s consistently.

• Builds and maintains relationships with external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.
