What will you do? Evaluate and implement safety programs, recommending updates and improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Review and refine safety policies and procedures, including emergency response and hazard communication, to address deficiencies Conduct and document workplace, property, and equipment safety inspections, proposing corrective actions as needed Lead safety training for team members during on-boardingand throughout the season, ensuring ongoing safety awareness Perform hazard identification analyses, develop job hazard checklists, and investigate incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures Driving company vehicles as needed More about you Must be enrolled in a safety program or related and have completed sophomore year of college or higher Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; Photo-shopand Illustrator skills are a plus Valid drivers license required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions Shift detailsMonday to Friday
