Provide safety knowledge, administrative support, and expertise where needed.

Responsibilities Assist in reviewing and documenting safety training completion for the entire plant.Support the scheduling and tracking of monthly safety training and events.Maintain and update contractor safety programs and insurance records.Help manage safety communication boards and related content.Assist in scheduling safety and medical responder meetings.Review and file safety permits and compliance documents.Support medical filing and documentation for the division nurse.Organize and maintain the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) library both digitally and in hard copies.Assist with maintaining lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures and key lists.Provide general administrative support for safety initiatives.Perform other tasks as assigned.Recognize confined space hazards and implement safety/rescue procedures. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Interest in workplace safety, compliance, and health initiatives.
