Job Title: Health and Safety Manager
Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Health and Safety Manager to oversee safety and health protocols for both of our plants. The role involves training employees, maintaining OSHA compliance, and handling worksite issues. You will also be responsible for training managers on situational responses and proper procedures.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage health and safety programs for all employees in both plants.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.Address and resolve any worksite safety issues.Manage and complete required reporting and paperwork.Train managers on situational responses and proper safety procedures.Monitor and improve existing health and safety programs.Essential SkillsExpertise in Safety and Health procedures.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.Experience in manufacturing safety.Proficiency in health and safety audits.Ability to conduct safety training and manage safety programs.Additional Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in a manufacturing health and safety role.Strong skills in policy and procedures creation and accountability.Work Environment

The role involves overseeing health and safety for two plants located close to each other, with a combined workforce of over 200 employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
