Health and Wellness Coach

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Health and Wellness Coach to join our LeadWell Clinic team. The H &W coach will partner with contracted companies to perform health risk assessments, provide feedback on biometric screening results, utilize coaching skills to assist clients in setting personal health goals and partner with contracted companies to set annual wellness strategies. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in health and wellness and enjoy coaching others to set and reach health goals.

o Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Thursday; 7am-5:30pm

Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree in nutrition, counseling, fitness, psychology, wellness, health care or related field is required. High School Diploma PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Associates in nutrition, counseling, fitness, psychology, wellness, health care or related field PLUS 3 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Pay Range:

$23.15 - $34.73

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
