The Role
Maintaining members data: movement & active members Checking & reviewing members data both from Clients and Insurers Reconciliation data and invoice both with Clients and Insurers Scanning incoming hardcopy documents from Insurers Sending the softcopy documents to the assigned Brokers Coordinating with Brokers if any difficulties with Clients or Insurers Creating and releasing invoice based on Insurers’ endorsement Sending hardcopy and/or softcopy invoice to ClientsThe Requirements
Min. 1-2 years experience in a similar role.Strong English, both oral and writtenExcellent organization skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality with respect to associate/client information and projectsKnowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointPrevious Admin Operations experience is an advantageEqual Opportunity Employer
