Health Coach

As a Health Coach you will be responsible for guiding a self-discovery process which entails (but is not limited to): assessing wellness then readiness to change and confidence of a client, coaching to that level of readiness and confidence, and co-creating a wellness vision including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals while helping to identify potential or existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles.  Will be required to conduct blood draws and interpret results.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sport Science, Kinesiology or related field. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship, volunteer or work experience in wellness-related field. Experience in blood specimen collections on adults.
