**The Health Equity Project Coordinator will assist with the management and planning for the health equity accreditation process for the equity office. This position will be the liaison between the Equity Office and Quality Management department leading successful coordination of the accreditation requirements for the health plan. This position will assist with the review, development and ongoing delivery of identified areas in the accreditation project plan. This position will be responsible for the development and administration of a culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) program, development of policies and procedures for diverse workforce, conduct analysis to integrate DEI in governance processes, support development and ongoing monitoring for spoken language services.**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, team facilitation, data analysis
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration or Human Resources
+ 1 year of Accreditation or regulatory compliance experience, and DEI/Health Equity/Population Health experience
+ 1 year of strong experience in Excel functions, PowerPoint presentation developing, including graph/chart functions within these programs
