TEKsystems is looking to hire several Medical Records Indexers for a large healthcare company based out of Milwaukee, WI! **if you have OnBase and EPIC experience, and have recent medical records indexing experience, please send your most updated resume to rsison @ teksystems.com - these applications will be submitted first** Description: The Medical Records Indexer will be responsible for pre-indexing medical records within OnBase and Epic. - Review medical records and perform pre-indexing responsibilities involving heavy data entry in OnBase. - Use high attention to detail to input correct patient demographic information and document dates in OnBase. - Index documents to the correct patient encounters and/or patient charts in Epic. - Work independently and meet daily quality metrics related to speed and accuracy. - Exercise a willingness to learn and dedicated work ethic.
