Responsibilities Maintain and organize client records in compliance with HIPAA, Community Care Licensing (CCL), and Seneca regulationsTrack and ensure accurate completion of required county health plan documentationCommunicate with the treatment team to address documentation corrections or updatesProcess and review billing and invoices using internal and external Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, submitting reports to Accounting on timeEnsure timely distribution of Incident Reports and resolve billing discrepanciesHandle record requests in compliance with HIPAA and Seneca policiesPrepare client charts for audits and accreditation reviewsSupport administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing purchase orders, and processing mail Qualifications Education/experience requirements:Bachelor’s degree ORAssociate’s degree and 1 year of applicable work experience ORHigh school diploma and 2 years of applicable work experienceApplicable work experience includes any administrative position (paid or unpaid) requiring frequent data entry, ability to prioritize multiple projects within strict deadlines, and coordination with multiple departmentsAbility to compile and track documents according to strict guidelines and regulationsExcellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelAt least 21 years of ageTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsValid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policyProof of COVID-19 vaccination Schedule School-based schedule:Monday to Friday: 8 AM- 4 PM (ability to work occasional flexible schedule when the program needs vary)100% fully working at a Seneca location5 weeks of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and 14 paid school break days Benefits Starting at $27.58 - $30.08 per hourActual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualificationsSalary increases each yearAdditional compensation provided upon passing a bilingual language proficiency exam 5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays and additional 14 paid school break daysComprehensive benefits package:Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, fertility coverageLong-term disability, family leave, and life insurance50% paid premiums for dependents403b Retirement PlanEmployer-paid Employee Assistance PlanSeneca is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness certified employer Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
