Positions are available in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

This position to ensure that quality care is delivered through monitoring of staff performance, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation.  This position also provides direct care to residents. All this is done according to nursing standards of practice, standard procedures, and established State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities

In this role, the Health Office Nurse will:

Coordinate the functions of the health office during designated hours of operations and answer resident questions, including medication management program oversight.Respond to resident calls for aid. Collaborate with appropriate persons or agencies when in home services are needed.Assist with implementing educational / health programs for resident education and wellness promotion.Provide information to family members and staff on current changes in function/ condition as appropriate.Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.Ability to communicate effectively with residents and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational and problem solving skills.Knowledge of medical terminology and understand HIPPA laws.Knowledge of privacy regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Current license, in good standing, as a RN in the State. One year nursing experience.Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.

$36.35 - $53.00

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $36.35 - $53.00. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
