We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Health Propositions Senior Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Develop and lead digital initiatives, with focus on health and insurance, to deliver business and customer outcomes aligned with strategic goals of HSBC Life and HSBC BankAccountable for ensuring ongoing proposition / product management and leading end-to-end delivery from conceptualization through to customer launchDeliver exceptional customer experience by designing new health-focused customer journeys and enhancing existing journeys using data insights and tracking success against KPIsConceptualise new digital customer propositions focusing on health and life insurance to maximise customer acquisition, engagement and commercialisation and create business case to obtain investmentSpearhead customer testing of digital propositions and use Voice of Customer surveys / focus groups to obtain customer feedback and validate the business case and expected resultsCollaborate with key stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, and industry organizations, to identify opportunities for enhancing the value proposition of the digital health and insurance products and servicesConduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the health insurance industry, and develop strategies to capitalize on these insights to drive value creationDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the impact of value creation initiatives, and regularly report on progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholdersChampion a customer-centric approach to value creation, advocating for the integration of customer feedback and insights into product development, service delivery, and overall business strategyTake an agile approach to the design and implementation of end-to-end customer propositions, iterating and continuously improving business and customer related targetsDrive collaboration with the broader HSBC ecosystem, leveraging synergies across different business lines and geographical regions to maximize the value of digital health as part of HSBC Bank

MBA or similar qualification is an advantageInsurance Industry Experience: Strong background in the insurance industry, including knowledge of various insurance products, sales processes, underwriting, and risk management. Experience in insurance marketing, distribution, and strategic partnerships would be beneficialBanking Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the banking industry, including familiarity with banking products, customer behavior, regulatory considerations, and the competitive landscape within the banking sectorFinancial and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers and financial implications, including financial analysis, to assess and optimize the value of the insurance company within the bank. Resources allocation, strategic cost management. Experienced in using data analytics and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiativesCommunication and Presentation Skills: Effective communication and presentation abilities to articulate the value proposition of the insurance company's products and services within the bank, both internally and externallyStrategic thinker with strong customer centric, analytical and innovation mind set and practical experience of major business transformation, including large scale project management execution experience
