We’re hiring a Health Service Administrator at Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. The Health Service Administrator is a primary primary member of the AJATC Management Team and is responsible for the direction, direct service, and supervision of all medical department and functioning. The HSA ensures that the facility is compliant with all contract, ACA standards and licensing requirements related to medical-related treatment. Monitors, evaluates, and determines appropriate levels of care; assures the delivery of essential health care needs and quality of service provided; provides consultation services to assist in adhering to standards; does related work as required. Has managerial responsibility (both administrative and clinical) for the medical unit. Administers and coordinates all medical/dental/psychiatric services. Is on 24-hour call to respond to emergencies.

What you’ll do:
Directs and works as a member of the site's medical team. Reviews and monitors all medical actives to ensure quality of services and to ensure compliance. Administers or directs the administration of resident medication prescribed by physician. Assumes the responsibility of the handling, dispensing, use of and recording of narcotics, medications, equipment and supplies. Collaborates with physicians and/or ARNP, consults, community agencies, and institutions to improve the quality of services and to resolve identified problems. Orders or directs the ordering of supplies, pharmaceuticals and other equipment. Monitors monthly expenditure statements.To be considered, you should:
Must possess a current Registered Nursing license from the state in which employed. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred, but not required. Minimum of two years of previous medical service administration. Have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.T
