**Hourly Wage:** $58 - $62 (Based on experience, education, and location)

**Responsibilities**
As the **Health Services Director** , you will:
+ **Lead and develop** a team of **Licensed Nursing Associates** , providing clinical supervision to **MedTechs and Resident Assistants** .
+ Oversee and **implement comprehensive resident care plans** , ensuring compliance with high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct **nursing assessments** , monitor clinical trends, and implement **corrective actions** as needed.
+ Ensure **accurate medication administration** and collaborate with physicians and medical professionals to optimize resident care.
+ Serve as a **key leadership team member** , contributing to the overall success and well-being of the community.
**Qualifications**
+ **Active Registered Nurse (RN) license** required.
+ **Graduate of an accredited nursing program** .
+ **2+ years of healthcare supervisory experience** (preferred).
+ Experience in **geriatric nursing, gerontology, or dementia care** (preferred).
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel** , with strong computer skills.
+ **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills** , with professional grammar and tone.
+ Strong **leadership abilities** , with problem-solving and multitasking skills.
+ A **positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment** to high-quality resident care.
+ **Passion for working with older adults** and delivering person-centered healthcare.
+ **Fluency in English** (both written and spoken).

**Pay Details:** $58.00 to $62.00 per hour
